I worked with 78 private label customers in which all have their unique
lines. From men’s, missy, juniors, plus, boys, girls, tween, swimwear,
and outerwear. I managed 25 patternmakers, 2 grade and markers, 68
sample hands and 4 cutters. Developedpatterns with my team from
design sketches and tech packs, all through production.Attended
fittings with departments design team to achieve their proper fit.
Allocated all corrections to appropriate patternmaker. Reviewed all
corrections on GerberPDS system. Marked and graded for customer’s
provided specs. Once productionfabric arrives, we test the fabric in
weight then procced with cuttinga new sample. Cut a test lot in full
range of size to assure fit requirements. Released work to customer by
delivery or via email. Would make sure all jobs were billed properlyto
our client.
