2. Course Objectives:
A. General
-provide insights on the related-legal bases of education which can equip
one’s knowledge, enhance skills and promote positive attitude through the
implementation of rules and regulations which affect the learners, the teachers
and the administrators.
B. Specific
- enrich one’s knowledge on the Philippine educational laws, rules and policies
which affect education in general
- discuss, analyze and interpret laws, judicial decisions, constitutional
provisions and legal principles as applied in the formulation and implementation
of educational policies
- examine actual school problems related to teachers, learners and
administration’s welfare along with court and legislative decisions which are
related to educational policies.
