Administration and Management:
 Developing a strategy on implementation of appropriate learnerships and skills programmes.
 Development of training programs and delivery.
 Developing and submiting monthly training reports and ATR on the implementation of WSP.
 Facilitate the development of the competency profiles
 Maintain database on training done
 Managing of Mandatory and regulatory training( Safety, quality and environmental)
 Developing QMS for the new projects.
 Monitor Implementation of skills programme.
 Recruitment employees and Learners for training.
 Assisting client managers with development training and developmental plans for employees.
 Designing curriculum
 Reviewing and developing training material.
 Developing training standard,assement tools and evaluation procedures.
 Analyzing Training needs to develop new training programs. Preparing training budget and
logistics associated with training. Implementing SHEQ management systems during training.
Conducting Business and risk analysis for projects.
 Perform internal auditing.

for editing learning material, creating training documentation, facilitation and assessment. . Involved for
