Warning Signs of Suicide
-Those who commit suicide suffer
unbearable psychological pain, talking or
writing about suicide, seems anxious,
seeking lethal means (drugs, alcohol) and
feel a sense of hopelessness.
-Factors may include suicide of a friend,
or family member, breaking up with
boyfriend or girlfriend, drug and alcohol
abuse, bullying, death, or separation from
parents
How Can you Help
-Keep a close eye on troubled loved ones,
or even people who are close to you, in
order to try to get them help in time.
Who Else Can Help
-If someone close to you is in need, call
one of these help number to get help
before it is too late.
