13. Verifiying the land-building, motor vehicles, and factory’s operational machines (taxator).
14. Verifying the legality of the land certificate to National Land Authority.
15. Updating the information about city master plan, in order to future collateral project.
16. Inputing and also monitoring Customer Black List, as known as DHN.
17. Processing and monitoring fund transfer also Real Time Gross-Settlement (RTGS).
18. Checklisting the document in order to loan liquefying.
19. Booking/Registering the loan liquefying facilities.
20. Responsible to loan cards and rechecking some credit programs are processed by
system.
21. Supplying data report for the head office/branch refers to loan process.
22. Making data report periodicly refers to loan portfolios.
23. Making data report about Branch’s financial performance to Branch Manager and23. Making data report about Branch’s financial performance to Branch Manager and
General Manager.
24. Responsible to Tax inputing Process, especially Companies Tax.
25. Responsible to pensions fund are paid to all pensioner and also maintaining
relationship within the Pensioned Agency, As known as PT TASPEN (Persero).
26. Also doing another operational jobs according the internal instruction.
