Most dangerous are the state actors , non state actors are just a myth

1. Most dangerous threat are not non state actors but state actors supporting proxies-The blue
print that was perfected in Soviet Afghan War-Afghan Taliban and ISIS are advanced forms
of that blue print.This is no Jihad but a TOPI DRAMA for Dollars and Destabilising
States.This is my conclusion after observing Afghan War from 1978 till 2014.
The non state actors are a myth and are of no consequence
