The Evacuation Chair is made of steel & aluminium alloy with built-in pull through handles for easy handling.
It is possible to take the chair upwards the stairs while patient is sitting and slide down the chair while a patient sitting is on the chair by operator
The chair have four wheels out of which two should be fixed of maximum 150x35 mm and two with pivoting type maximum 100x35 mm.
The evacuation chair have provision to be mounted to the rear door of any vehicle/wall support/building walls etc
The weight of the evacuation chair 17Kgs.
The patient seat and headrest of the chair can adjust, removable and washable and are made of nylon material
The chair have a sliding system which allows the operator to control descent of the chair on staircases without having to support any weight.
The chair have the provision to take the patient glide over the staircase with a high standard of safety and without requiring any effort by only single person
The chair have the provision to fully fold it by single person only and all locks in the chair should be marked in colour other then the colour of the chair
The evacuation chair have integrated wheel brakes and 2 belts with similar standards as those of chair for safety
The load capacity of the wheel chair is 150 Kg.

The chair must comply with Medical Device Directives (93/42/EEC) having the CE mark
