ShoppiGo is a next generation point-of-sale system that aims to deliver a personalized shopping experience and reduce the gap between offline and online commerce. It allows customers to store their shopping cart digitally using an RFID-enabled pencil and then checkout using their phone or an in-store kiosk for a more seamless shopping experience. ShoppiGo also provides benefits to retailers like IKEA by enabling smart warehousing, sending targeted offers, gaining customer insights from big data, and facilitating omni-channel interactions and mobile payments.
