guests are served food and drink. The various
forms of service are directed to the varying needs
of different market segments, and also contribute to
the customer perception of value. Among the types
of food and drink service are:
Table service: Guests are driven to the table by a
waiter. The order is taken on the table and the food
and drink was also brought to the table. The waiters
removed the dirty dishes.
