central triangular donde se encuentran alojados todos los servicios del edificio;

he Guangzhou International Finance Center (GZIFC) prestigious design
team of architects Wilkinson Eyre English, has become one of the tallest
skyscrapers in China. The new skyscraper is located in Guangdong,
Guangzhou, China, especially along the central axis of the Pearl River New
City CBD. The building has been awarded by the CTBUH Council on Tall
Buildings and Urban Habitat, based in Chicago for Best Tall Building in Asia and
Australasia 2011. Its elegant design, which has been conceived as "a thin crystalline
form", has 103 plants reaching a height of 439 meters, making it the ninth tallest
skyscraper in the world today. The highlight of this exciting project type hybrid for
various applications is the main office tower and a luxury hotel, with a viewpoint of

The first 66 floors are for offices, while the Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou from
the plant is 67 to 100. The glass skin of the facade hints at the innovative diagrid
structure. Because you have used this type of structure with beams diagrid diagonal
loading, the IFC Guangzhou has become the world's tallest building in this genre, a tall
building previous example of this type of structural system could be Hearst Tower by
Norman Foster for New York, just 182 meters from the architectural level. Guangzhou
City is betting on the construction of new modern architecture, renewing the urban
fabric and providing new emblematic works like Canton Tower or Liede Bridge. The
Guangzhou IFC project is completed at the foot of the building with a podium, which
has a mall, a convention center, stores, an apartment block annex and different plants
under ground parking on the street.
