This official entry form provides the steps and requirements for schools to enter the "Green My School" contest hosted by EcoMedia LLC. The 5 steps are: 1) providing school information, 2) completing a green school checklist, 3) packaging the school's best green ideas in a presentation, writing, video etc, 4) signing an agreement accepting the contest rules, and 5) submitting the complete entry by December 12, 2008 either via mail or online. The winning entries will be publicized on TV, radio and online to showcase what schools are doing to be more environmentally friendly.
