Recipe humitas salteñas

• 2) Cut the corns as follow:

• 3) Select and peel the best corns husks as show in the image:

• 4) Grate the corns separating the grains cob

* Cook the husks for about 15 minutes and take out them

• 6) Cut the pumpkin into small cubes

7) Place the pumpkin and grains of corns in a food processor ,[object Object]

*Note: If the mixture doesn’t have the desiere consistency add a little milk

• 8) Add salt (or sugar if you preffer) to taste

• 9) Pill and chop the onion as well as you have to chop the green pepper

• 10) Fry the onion and the green pepper ,[object Object]

• 11) Mix the preparation with the frying onion and green pepper

• 12) Assemble the humitas with the mixture and add the goat cheese ,[object Object],[object Object]

* For better taste we can add a piece of cheese

• 13) Cooked in salted boiling water

• 14) Wait an hour and take out the humitas from the pot ,[object Object]

• 15) The humitas are ready to taste
