      • To Centralize all related marketing initiatives for the FCM sales force.
      • This will provide a consistent infrastructure/base for our production staff to build off of.

      • Put the burden and accountability of marketing aspects on independent department so sales associates can focus on selling.
      • Help managers in each branch /division with marketing initiatives so they can focus more on production.
    • 4.
      • Manage marketing costs for Divisions.
      • Examples: Costs of printing, events, seminars, promotions… etc…..
      • Manage Accountability for all marketing initiatives..

      • Being in a non-production position, allows our department(once the infrastructure is setup) to focus solely on growing business for FCM.
      • This means out of the box ideas that are cost efficient AND productive for the growth of the book of business.

      • Creating and Sending FCM Newsletters.
      • Coordinating Press Releases and Announcements for events, awards, and new hires.
      • Manage FCM’s Wholesale Websites
      • Facilitating the ordering of all FCM marketing materials, mailers, etc..

      • Facilitate & Assist AE’s Develop Social Media marketing destinations.

      • Have independent FCM Marketing Website, linked to Avista to provide AE’s direct access to editable flyers and other marketing documents.

      • Market Analysis:
      • Once FCM has established a loan production strategy, the Account Executive must complete a market analysis and develop a marketing plan that best fits that production strategy.
      • The Account Executive should analyze three factors when performing a market analysis.

      • Geographic Area: The AE should focus on the area that he or she knows best that will generate loan volume
      • Competition: The Account Executive must know his competition including their products and reputation. The AE must differentiate himself from his competition. How does FCM differentiate themselves from the competition?
