  • Good afternoon everyone- thank you for the invitation to speak to you today. My goal in this short presentation is to point out some of the online tools and library resources which may be useful to you as you prepare for a hearing at WSIAT. We’ll be following this session up with a visit to the library – we’ll divide you into smaller groups to go up to the 7 th floor, where you’ll get to meet members of the staff and have a look at the collection. I’ll be working from screen captures today because frankly it’s faster and more secure. I will be setting up a pc in the Library to do live demos after this session, so please drop by if you have specific questions.
