7. Shipping
• We ship your patients’ supplies directly from our on-site warehouse
• Our clients view their patients’ shipments directly from our web-based software. The client’s staff
bills their patients’ shipments daily from ship history. EVERY shipment comes with FREE delivery
confirmation, guaranteeing compliance.
• Each shipment is assigned a tracking number by the USPS in our software’s ship history page
• Each patient’s shipment history and delivery confirmation is archived for 7 years for compliance
8. Quality Assurance
• Each shipment goes through a thorough 3-step process to ensure accuracy for HIPPA compliance
• Our shipment accuracy rate is greater than 99.5%
• Each shipment contains two delivery tickets, a customer copy and a signed customer copy to send
back to the client for compliance
