Vision:
The Human Resources Development Management Society was established geared
towards the development of our students as leaders to lead in the acquisition of skills,
organize activities as extension of new knowledge and manage our IQ and EQ
competencies in preparation to respond to ever changing environment and the demand
of the real business world.
Mission:
1. To develop our key competencies to deal with our present college challenges and
prepare us to face our future careers.
2. We will focus and develop our Technical Competencies in the requirement of the
tasks in the element of Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling.
3. We will focus and develop our Behavioral competencies as required in the
concept of leadership, Motivation group performance, communication and human
