• Monitor receipt of payments and ensure that all
payments made are promptly deposited.
• Prepare Daily Cash Collection Report and
Cash Position Report.
• Prepare all Purchase Orders, Request for
Payments, Check Vouchers and all other
payables of the property as well as the
government requirements ( 1601-E, 2550M,
1702Q and 1604E).
