Current state
• Not easy to understand competency model
• Doesn’t help to allocate people
• Application screening might lead us to much
more mistakes in the process
• Dynamics (AC) are not diversified
• Lack of checking people creativity because
it is not visible in the process

• Model is not seen in dynamics and task in
AC
