I started my own consultancy after 9 years at iCrossing (formerly Spannerworks) where I headed up the agency's knowledge sharing initiatives. As Knowledge Manager I developed and lead both internal and external knowledge sharing and training initiatives, for brands such as Admiral, BAA, GCAP, Lands End and Virgin Holidays. Prior to this, as Account Director, I developed and led multi-channel digital campaigns for the likes of HBOS, Virgin Atlantic, BT, P&O, Confused.com, and Vanquis Bank, deploying PPC, SEO and Social Media.
My consultancy, ThinkSearch, has also meant both strategic and tactical roles for SEO, User Experience, Web Design & Development, Social Media Marketing at agencies...
