  1. Add 3D column chart with companies on the X axis, percentage on y. Columns represent % of OD, Strategy, Change, IT/Ops and Marketing.
  2. To add hover text, create a circle with 99% transparent and no line where you want text to appear. Select and go to Insert Hyperlink. Choose Add to Document and the slide number. Click Screentip and type in text you want. Hover text will appear in Presentation mode.
