I’ve been blessed for decades to work and learn from some of the
smartest leaders and leadership thinkers around. I’ve also had the
opportunity to learn from my many mistakes as a corporate leader,
consultant, and most importantly husband (did I say many?) and
father. kaz Leadership Academy invites you to help answer this

Mark has held management positions at Franklin Templeton, Kaiser
Permanente, and Oracle Corporation leading teams of over 100
people, and designed and delivered dozens of management
training programs in partnership with top coaching, communication
and performance management providers. He has global leadership
experience working with leaders in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and
Latin America, as well as extensive virtual facilitation design and
delivery experience. He earned an MBA from California State
University, Hayward (East Bay) in Management.
Chris has held various vice president positions in retail and national
training and consulting firms, as well as managing partner and
president of three small businesses. She has coached all levels of
leadership with emphasis on executives in the US and Europe and
has designed numerous action learning executive development
programs. She is based in Monterey County, California, and she has
worked internationally for more than 15 years. She graduated Magna
Cum Laude from San Francisco State University with a degree in
psychiatric social work.
