Introduce our topic, our organization, and our presetners
This is the agenda, go over what we are going to talk about and mention that we will have a Q/A.
Provide an introductory allegory about why it is important to integrate Sugar, give a customer success storyDiscuss why Sugar is so powerful, and how amazing it is that you can customize it to work in a specific wayTalking Points:- I will talk about reducing double data entry-efficiency of seeing everything in one place- Do we want to sync everything between the systems? No and here are some examples.JB – One example – We have several clients that require their Sales reps to enter in their own Sales orders and invoices. This is typically done through an accounting system. The problem with that? Sales reps are historically terrible at data entry (not me!), and the last thing companies want is their sales reps in their accounting system all day. An alternative? Utilize our QB, Intacct, MAS integration! We’ve allowed our clients to keep their reps COMPLETELY out of their accounting systems via our integrations. Reps can enter SO’s/Invoices directly through Sugar, then accounting can approve them as needed!Another benefit? Must legacy ERP’s are server based systems. Have remote sales reps that dread VPN’ing into the network? Intgerate your accounting system with Sugar in the cloud to alleviate that.
Here is a graphic where we will introduce each integration and then discuss how we will go into a brief snapshot on each
Address every single integration, and the pros / benefits of integrating each to your organization, etc..
