the lowest
• The service of Bangladesh Telecommunication Company Limited (BTCL)
in Rajshahi district has deteriorated.
Most of the telephones in the city are either disconnected or the
Internet service provided by the company is irregular and slow.
Due to non-replacement of stolen wires, poor management and non-
realisation of telephone bills for months the service of BTCL in the
district has turned for the worst.
Those who used BTCL Internet service are now also using other services
like, GP, National Phone and Citycell as those are regular and speedy in

consumers.
The BTCL will lose customers in Rajshahi district if the company does not
take immediate measure to improve its services.
