9. Results of 2009-2011
CONSULTANCY - support to school:
• a model of education consultancy services is designed
• six training programs for education consultants are prepared
• a model for the preparation and implementation of the virtual environment
is developed
DECENTRALIZATION - support to school:
• a description of the proposed school leadership models is prepared
COMPETENCES - support to an individual:
• a formal university study program (10 modules) is developed
• a non-formal study program is developed
• a model for the implementation of the non-formal study program is
designed
• methodology and instruments for longitudinal research of the changes in
the manifestations of leadership in Lithuania are prepared and longitudinal
research is carried out

regional educational centres, filmed
• Attendance of three conferences: Annual Leadership Conf in GB; ICSEI
2011 Congress (International forum); ICOT 2011 Conf: Developing a
Culture of Good Thinking (International forum), presentations at national
level
• COMENIUS network: Conf in Tallinn, Bolzano, Material on pre and in
service training of principals from 26 countries
