•   Out of 15 respondents, 7 rated work life balance at 3, 6 rated work life balance at 2.

•   Respondents : Single (7), Married (5), Married with dependents (3)

•   Average work hours: 11

•   Find leisure time: Only 5

•   Work life balance difficult in BFSI sector: 10 Yes

•   Enough sleep, exercise, food on time: Only 4

•   Spend enough time with loved ones: 9

•   Difficult work life balance due to Excess Work load: 8, Due to work culture: 10

•   Happy? More than half

•   Enough support from organization for proper work life balance: 50% Yes
