• Talk about what organizations/individuals are
doing about it.
• Show the impact that they have actually
created.
• Include the work done/impact created by
AIESEC too in this case without any intention
of making AIESEC stand out as an organization
in the process

3. Show the ideal way
• Give context to leadership here.
• Take the audience through a process which
will make them think and and will make them
realize that leadership is the ultimate solution
to every problem in the world. No facipulation
and no force feeding here.

4. Impact. How to make impact or how to
develop that leadership
• Throw light on the concept of indirect impact
here.
• Talk about how to impact an individual
through opportunities that the audience
present at this session may have to provide.
• Then, develop youth leadership in the process
which will ensure that the impacted
individual, then goes out and changes the
world.
