  • 17. Research and development centres The vision is to create the first internationally-focused R&D cluster in Asia, driven by strong government commitment and guarantees. The MSC will lead Asia's R&D initiative into the Information Age. The MSC R&D Cluster will foster collaborative efforts among leading multimedia R&D firms and local universities, public research institutions, and companies, and support the growth of numerous small companies engaged in multimedia R&D.
