Risk to project Contingency plan
If a member of our team is off
ill.
The member that isn’t ill must carry on with their own
share of the work and ensure that the person that missed
some time knows what they are doing when they get
back. If one person finishes and can’t do anymore to their
share of the work then they could help the other person in
order to make sure that the project is finished on time.
If there is a problem with one
of our memory sticks and we
lose some work.
We could back up our work on computers at home or
even back it up on each other’s memory sticks so it will
be faster to get the work back if something was to go
wrong we wouldn’t have to wait until we got home to
retain the work.
If something goes wrong with
the computers.
We will have to find an alternative computer to use for
finishing our work.
If there is a disagreement
between members of our
team.
We will have to ensure that we resolve any differences
that we have so that we don’t fall behind with our work.
This may mean that we have to compromise in order to
keep the peace between us and get done on time.

2. Creative Media Production
If we are using a laptop and it
runs out of battery we could
lose unfinished work.
Ensure that we save our work regularly so if the laptop
runs out of charge then we won’t lose too much work and
wherever we can make sure that the laptop is plugged in.
