Allow your thoughts, feelings and subtle movements to be transformed into pure, positive energy and purposeful silence. During Exhalation - Release your will. Visualize any harmful attitudes, beliefs or self-destructive patterns exiting your body. Stay silent, relaxed and receptive as long as you can. Record random insights, divinely guided messages or inspired ideas in your journal.
