The First Great Emperor
Shi Huang Di was born in 259 B.C. then his name was Ying Zheng. He became the king
of Qin when he was 13 years old. He made wars to unit China for 10 years and 1,200,000 people died.
After that, he became the king of China when he was 33years old. Although SHD ruled his country
very harshly, he was a good ruler because he tried to stop people from fighting and he did many
things to develop his country.
Shi Huang Di was not a good ruler because he ruled his country very harshly.
First, he burnt many confusion books because the idea of these books did not follow his idea. He
killed many scholars who criticized his idea. He made his people could not move freely. If a
person moved to somewhere without permission, he would be cut off his ear or nose. Many
people died making the Great Wall of China.
Shi Huang Di was a good ruler because he tried to stop his people from fighting. He
divided China into small provinces because he want to make people weak and can not fight. He
sent all noble families to capital because he could watch ten and they could not rebel. He allowed
only soldiers to have weapons.
Shi Huang Di was a good ruler because he did many things to develop his country. He
united many things such as money and writing language to trade after he united China. He built

He ruled his country very harshly and killed many scholars. However, he tried to stop
