    with technical, marketing, product launch background. He is experienced in e-
    commerce infrastructure, systems development, design and implementing
    information management solutions. He has delivered solutions that combine
    technological and business process improvements to enhance overall business
    operations. He is highly motivated, self-starter and result oriented person with the
    ability to quickly comprehend client requirements and provide solutions. He has
    vast experience in compiling and communicating business case options and
    providing quantifiable improvements. He is a proven team leader, team player
    and Program/Project resource with solid leadership, practical problem solving
    skills and ability to understand business environments and solutions. He has
    successfully implemented many Projects using full lifecycle development process
    at CMMI level 2. He has managed large Programs consisting of over 131 projects
    at one given time with teams spread over the country at a magnitude of $4.1
