5. Press Start Sale and the card reader
prompts for the Training Card

6. Card Reader
prompts for PIN

7. After a valid PIN the card is processed
and the prescription is printed

8. The terminal is now
ready to sell items

9. Sell valid items

10. Press End Sale to finalize and
print the Utilization Receipt

11. After the sale has been accepted at
the card reader, the customer is
prompted to remove their card

12. Sale is Finalized

13. Training Sale without Training Card
Press Start Sale

14. The terminal displays “POS IN WRONG MODE”
Press Clear to clear this error
message
*** NOTE ***
If the system is in Training
Mode and the Cashier Tries to
do a “Standard WIC Sale” with
a valid WIC Participant Card,
the system will error

15. The user is prompted
to remove the card

16. To End Training Mode, press
Training Mode again to toggle
out of Training Mode

17. Terminal is now in regular sales mode

18. Press Start Sale and try to insert
the Store Training Card while in
regular sale mode

19. The terminal displays POS IN WRONG MODE
Press Clear key to clear
the error message

20. The terminal prompts to remove the card
