Equal project « Ages et travail  »(Ages & work) Theme 3E - n° FR-BRE-2004-43628 Workshop 17 - Competence 50+ conference - Goteborg (S) – June, 18-20th 2007 Final aim of Ages and work project We are working on the settlement of a set of terriorial services for SMEs, employed and unemployed people in Ille-et-Vilaine departement The set of services is a functional system which is managed in partnership. It aims at the resolution of individual and collective problems of SME actors concerned with age management. It is organised around the following functions :
