           problems, devise solutions, and go through the
           complete change management process
          Through 1-1 meetings and various workshops, a
           strategic improvement plan is elaborated and top
           priority programs are selected and implemented
          Length of engagement depends on the needs and
           current state of the team

           the manager to an organization improvement
           journey and coaches him/her throughout the
           change management process to achieve the

          The manager learns how to work efficiently on

           to help new managers ramp up in their new role.

          The program provides a precise plan to guide
           managers in their first 12 weeks of activities.

          For 12 weeks, there is 1 meeting per week where
           the following is offered:
           ◦ Presentations on the theory of management and
             leadership.
           ◦ Review of the goals from the previous week.
           ◦ Specific goals to be met during the following week.
           ◦ Specific mentoring to help the manager with their
             immediate needs.

                 Create a prioritized list of issues and plan to solve the top 3
                 Establish your budget
                 Get to know your products and/or services better
                 G&Os for team members
           ◦ Third month:
               Drive solutions for your top 3 issues
               Discover the positioning of the team
               Create a vision for the team

   InnovaChron’s coaching program really takes
           the new managers by the hand and show
           them how to be effective on the job in less
           than 3 months.
          The coaching program develops good
           management habits by defining a routine that
           the new managers must follow.

           ensure they have enough background to lead
           people successfully.

Rémi Côté is a seasoned leader who managed
                            large teams of people and complex projects
                            with groups located in North America, Europe,
                            and Asia. Remi now manages his own company,
                            InnovaChron Inc., providing leadership and
                            management coaching to professionals in several
                            areas of expertise.
