   As an educator/businessman, I will use my God-
    given gifts to touch the life and to share with my
    students/clients managerial skill and management
    proficiencies based on christian and ethical
    standards.
   I will trail in this life with a purpose which my creator
    purposefully placed me to bless and let him shine
    through me.

   guideline. Use God given

   and controlling. Remember

    require to work on some details.

   Do not be overwhelmed
    by the situation and
    always be in control of

    map to be able to finish

    what we offer, and we live what we say.
   Customer acquisition process-define strategy on how
    to get customer and repeat business.
   Fulfillment management process-customers
    expectation has to be met.

    the segment of the market, hit the core.
   Define the value proposition-step by step procedure
    to the market approach, how important this is?
   Define the value network- who are the niche that can
    be effectively use, identify the

   Audience Research – data base information about the
    customer including habits and birthday.
   Personal S.W.O.T Analysis
       STRENGTHS – product, service which only I can offer to the
        market.
       WEAKNESSES – areas in which I can improve on.
       OPPORTUNITIES – horizons that I have to take advantage
        on and maximize.;
       THREATS – indirect or direct competitor could be internal or
        external factor;

        Place – where work is done
        Price – value brand
        Promotion – promoting myself
   Target My Audience (Niche)
        Geographics – places,regions,communities, countries, city/town;
        Psychographics – customers’s lifestyles and behavior;
        Demographics – age, income, education, status;
        Behavioralistics – purchase pattern, loyalist,brand consious.;
   Positioning Statement – matching your brand to the audience in
    a single sentence;
Budgeting and Action Plan

   Budget
       Allocation of resources to channels that
        best fit my brand and would promise the
        most return on investment (ROI).
       Channels could range from newspaper to
        website ads;
   Action Plan
       Contains the title of task and the due date
        by which the task must be accomplished;

   As a christian we all have different jouneys in life.
    The trail is not easy and the road is narow. In this
    journey God didn’t tell us that it will be smooth
    journey, but he will always be there for us to extend
    a helping hand. When we journey in this life we
    suffer, hurt, painful experiences, lost of love one,
    broken relationship, rejected, denied, abandoned
    losers, victim of injustice. Is there a good reason for
    these? O yes, these painful experiences make us a
    better person and remind us that apart from God we
    can do nothing. At finishing this journey the Lord will
    Tell us”well done good and faithful servant, I am
    pleased with you”.

I align daily… VISION/ MISSION  As an educator/businessman, I will use my God- given gifts to touch the life and to share with my students/clients managerial skill and management proficiencies based on christian and ethical standards.  I will trail in this life with a purpose which my creator purposefully placed me to bless and let him shine through me.

  • 6. Family Family is my priority in life, I have a big responsibility to God to take care of them and as a father to my family, they are gift from God especially my wife. It is in the family where I gain strength and happiness especially when I have a big hug and a kiss to anyone of them. They are such source of strength second to God.

  • 20. Follow Coach’s journey plan Every journey would have safety instructions and guidelines, all you have to do is listen and focus on each steps and guideline. Use God given talents in leading, organizing and controlling. Remember we have a purpose in life
  • 21. Work and be prepared  Have in mind that it will be a different way which would require to work on some details. Preparedness is essentials to meet the challenges in work and the purpose
  • 22. Unload the baggage and travel light  Do not be overwhelmed by the situation and always be in control of the situation. Remember there’s a long way to go ahead of you
  • 23. Execute and follow mapping  Each traveler has a map to follow, in purpose driven journey it’s the Bible which we use as map to be able to finish the journey. If we don’t we go wayward and loose direction in life;

  • 34. Finishing the journey is living a LIFE with purpose!  As a christian we all have different jouneys in life. The trail is not easy and the road is narow. In this journey God didn’t tell us that it will be smooth journey, but he will always be there for us to extend a helping hand. When we journey in this life we suffer, hurt, painful experiences, lost of love one, broken relationship, rejected, denied, abandoned losers, victim of injustice. Is there a good reason for these? O yes, these painful experiences make us a better person and remind us that apart from God we can do nothing. At finishing this journey the Lord will Tell us”well done good and faithful servant, I am pleased with you”.
