NEWS - RETAIL ECOMMERCE (SOUTH AMERICA
La situación de distress es real y no pasará en el corto plazo.
Quisiera darles alcances sobre aquellos que han tenido que cerrar sus puertas y cuyas ventas online son
marginales.
El principal problema es CAJA: ingresos reducidos o nulos y compromisos de pago ya establecidos.
Los frentes de obligaciones son básicamente cuatro: el estado, sector financiero, proveedores regulares y
empleados.
- Estado: se espera una postergación del pago de compromisos, sin intereses y con facilidades para particionar
obligaciones.
- Sector financiero: se espera facilidades para renegociar deudas, mejores tasas y meses “de gracia”.
- Proveedores regulares: la situación es más crítica ya que estos también presentan problemas de caja, se
plantean diversas estrategias siendo la más importante las facilidades para el pago de rentas/alquileres.
- Empleados: la situación ideal es protegerlos al máximo pero en la mayoría de los casos esto no será posible, se
tienen diversas estrategias.
