Tips.
Focus on pronunciation.
Example: our vocabulary is “pronunciation”
In US they will say: pronunciation /prəˌnənsēˈāSH(ə)n/
In UK they will say: pronunciation /prəˌnʌnsɪˈeɪʃ(ə)n/
Taking advantage of the direction.
Before you hear “now let us begin with question number 1…” you should see the picture
carefully and remember its smallest details.
Using the analogize method.
Tactics.
 Always complete each item as quickly as possible.
 As soon as you finish look at the next photograph to preview it.
 Do not wait for the tape to announce the next item!
 Don’t take a little break!!
 Don’t mark your answer until you heard all four choices.
 Try to eliminate choices.
