    2. Three Things a Dealer Should Expect From a Lead Souce Provider Quality We obtain the Leads using the "Permissible Purpose" process. Permissible Purpose is the only way to send a Lender Approved Lead. The process can only be done by a licensed in all 50 states lender. It allows us to approve and send our customers a live check before they arrive at your dealership made payable to you. This eliminate the word often used in our industry "PRE". Your Leads are approved with at least one of our lending sources. We are the only company able to provise this service in all 50 states approved by the Federal Banking System and FCRA ( Fair Credit Reporting Act).
    3. Quantity Our lender affiliates (Banks, Credit Unions and Similar Financial Lenders) send out millions of Guaranteed Check Mailers each month for nearly 10 years. We track every customer response from their zip code. So we know which zip codes in your area have the best response. This helps us calculate the lead generating effectiveness of the zip code in your marketing area(s). We target the top responding zip codes within a mile(s) radius of your dealership and you are on your way to a successful campaign.
    4. Profit We know your sales staff are the experts in selling when the customers are on the lot but they may not be as effective getting leads to show up. With our experienced Business Development Center (BDC) we will help you get them to your door. We also follow up with your leads until they buy or die for 90 days. Our average SHOW ratio is 60%. This will give you the opportunity to sell more vehicles and make more profit.

Through phone and mail the BDC will provide accurate and up to date information made ready available for our Dealers. No longer can Dealers or Team1Auto afford for their customers to go unattended. To be successful you have to be aggressive, but not in a manner of running the prospect away. Our BDC contacts the customer with real information that will better serve them. We are an outside source assisting them, We are the Bank. We understand the customer's stand-off approach to the Dealer but customers will communicate with us. We forward this informaton to the our Dealer so we can make adjustments as we accomplish both our goal - (Delivering the Customer)
    7. What Makes Us Different and Why Our Plan Works In the Past We were to dependant on the Dealer's Staff and Lending Sources. So all the Leads we Provide are approved by one of our four programs (0 and up Beacon). With Our BDC we will maintain constant communication with the lead until they purchase a vehicle. We provide at the touch of a button answers to Our Dealer before they ask. We know what is really going on and we will make sure you do. We can not afford to have a bad day any longer. We always bring our "A" Game, thus keeping our Dealers ahead of the competition. We make sure you know what the others DON'T.
    8. We Know What You Expect Here Is What We Expect From You Everything we do from this point forward will only work if we take every step together. We will find the lead through one of our lenders. We will make sure they are qualified by providing them two methods of contact with us, so they can be qualified before visiting your dealership. BDC will prepare them in everyway possible in advance. You have to manage your portal every morning. Log in and pull all the letters we provide for you and send them out. With a letter full of information that tells the customer that they are to expect a check from the bank made payable to your dealership. The letter discloses to the customer your information and a contact person for them to call at your dealership. With a letter from you, they have been contacted three times. 1st - The Lender, 2nd - Team1Auto and 3rd - The Dealership This creates commitment from all parties involved. Every Move Counts.
    9. Creating Showroom Traffic With Customers That Can BUY!!! Ultimately, with the assistance of all, we will create a new department that will serve your Virtual Customer's need. We understand that internet leads demand to be delt with differently. They want price, payments and other information and they want it through virtual contact. We are experts at that. We will file down their edges and smooth the transition from Virtual to Reality World (Dealership). Regardless of their credit score We will provide a finance opportunity for them. Dealers have their sources and Dealers now have ours. You the Dealer will decide which is best to use (we understand you need to make that decision).     10. Whats it Cost - $9.00 per lead a minimum of 500 leads. - The break down and what to expect. 500 leads 80% response = 400 actual (there is always a loss. We understand our numbers are conservative. 400 leads that 60% apply for a approved loan. 240 leads approved 30% actually make it to the showroom. 80 approved leads in the showroom, you close 20% creating 16 deliveries. We know results will vary and some dealers will execute and do a higher number. We also know if we give you conservative numbers you know what to expect and how to better manage this program. You may start out with personnel that are not getting the job done at a rate you are expecting, so there will be adjustments. If you are one that is average then you can see what a $4500.00 investment will bring to your dealership. 16 deliveries will cost you $281.25 per vehicle delivered. I know that is what you are looking for, creating more deliveries and staying with in a budget that allows you to create more profit. Do not forget your backend opportunities up to $3500.00 per deal.
