  • What are the differences between our 2 Use Cases ? Case 1 (insurance) is business specific while Use Case 2 (RFP) is generic and horizontal Workers are not the same Workflows are different
  • What is similar between our 2 Use Cases ? Both have a custom lifecycle, beginning and end Different documents are stored but always the same type. Documents from various support : office documents, emails, fax … Dates, deadlines and meetings are part of each process Both cases have a global workflow, with the possibility of modifications and exceptions
