1) Welcoming new employees
• General/Common Orientation Programme
• Introducing the norms of Banking
• Linking the Banking Industry with our bank
• Allotting their respective departments to individuals
Post Lunch Session(2p.m-5p.m)
2) Team Building Exercise
• Management Activities and Games
• Informal meeting of new recruits
Tea Break(4.30p.m-5p.m)
Call off for the day with briefing of what is to be done next day.
DAY 2
Pre Lunch(10a.m-12p.m)
1)Assembling all the new recruits at one place
2) Creating simulation models at workplace
• Customer Relationship
• Teller
• Cashier

• Authorization
• Loan Department
Post Lunch( 2p.m-5p.m)
3)Tango Session
• Informal session with senior employees
• Googly Session with all the departmental head and bank mangers
Tea Break(4.30p.m-5p.m)
Call off for the day with briefing of what is to be done next day
DAY 3
Pre Lunch(10a.m-12 Ppm)
1)Inter Departmental & Intra Banking associations with employees
2) Strengthening the ties between employees working at different branches
3) Introducing our bank employees/new recruits with new recruits of
other branches of our bank
Post Lunch(2p.m-5p.m)
1) Simulation Models
• Clearing House rules and regulations
• Tallying Cash &banking transactions that happened throughout the
    day
Tea Break( 4.30p.m-5P.m)
Call off for the day with briefing of what is to be done next day
DAY 4
Pre Lunch(10a.m-12p.m)
1) Introducing employees to bank’s working system
• Software Handling
• Online Banking system
• Handling ATM transfers/network
Post Lunch(2p.m-5p.m)
1) Formal Q&A and problem solving round with seniors
2) Get Together(informal) of all the new recruits & senior employees of all
    the branches(inclusive of dance, music, meditation, fun and amiable
    environment)
Call of for the day with assigning permanent formal duties to the new
recruits.
