2. When creating my music video, I took into consideration the
following:
• Age – 17+
• Gender – Both but due to it being a rap video, a male audience
• Nationality – A mix. Rap is known for having a global audience.
• Location – National/Global
During the final week of editing our footage, we asked people to
view our video so if need be we could make amends and
change it to suit our audiences. We managed to change some
edits and some footage was not appropriate for the video. We
also got told by three different people to include effects so we
added a few as we know that rap videos do not have too many
effects from our research.

4. Techniques and tactics used
The genre of rap can be considered quite popular and when
researching about what type of genre to do our music video to do
the second time, we decide to do rap as it’s never really done and
we knew the best performer for it.
In my music video, I’ve included many codes and conventions of a
rap genre which I think has made my video more appealing to the
audience. The performance engages the audience, and the simple
yet effective music video also appeals to fans of Jester. The website
and digipak I made increases his fan base and gives the audience
more information on him.
