Zarangollo, Spanish recipe cooked by Greek students

  1. 1. 1 st Junior High School of ALEXANDRIA- Greece We cooked the Spanish recipe: ZARANGOLLO
  2. 2. Ingredients <ul><li>* 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil </li></ul><ul><li>* 1 clove garlic, minced </li></ul><ul><li>* 1 big yellow onion, finely chopped </li></ul><ul><li>* ½ kg zucchini (peeled and cut into small dices) </li></ul><ul><li>* salt, oregano and freshly ground black pepper </li></ul><ul><li>* 3 eggs </li></ul>
  3. 3. We chopped the onion.
  4. 4. We peeled and cut zucchini into small dices.
  5. 5. We cooked onion and garlic with olive oil for 15 minutes
  6. 6. We cooked zucchini with olive oil for 15 minutes.
  7. 7. We added zucchini into the sauce pan with onion,
  8. 8. we added salt, pepper and oregano.
  9. 9. We added 3 eggs and cooked for another 5 minutes.
  10. 10. We served Zarangollo this way.
  11. 11. We tasted delicious Zarangollo with other Greek delicacies. It matches perfectly with Greek drink ouzo .
