  • 1 st Junior High School of ALEXANDRIA- Greece We cooked the Spanish recipe: ZARANGOLLO
  • Ingredients
    • * 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    • * 1 clove garlic, minced
    • * 1 big yellow onion, finely chopped
    • * ½ kg zucchini (peeled and cut into small dices)
    • * salt, oregano and freshly ground black pepper
    • * 3 eggs
  • We chopped the onion.
  • We peeled and cut zucchini into small dices.
  • We cooked onion and garlic with olive oil for 15 minutes
  • We cooked zucchini with olive oil for 15 minutes.
  • We added zucchini into the sauce pan with onion,
  • we added salt, pepper and oregano.
  • We added 3 eggs and cooked for another 5 minutes.
  • We served Zarangollo this way.
  • We tasted delicious Zarangollo with other Greek delicacies. It matches perfectly with Greek drink ouzo .
