General Characteristics:
Fourth Grade

o Two ADHD students
Learning Styles: I will incorporate a variety of teaching
methods, such as the implementation of songs, videos,
and a class read aloud (for my audio-visual learners) and
the utilization of role play and group projects (which
should appeal to my kinesthetic learners as well as my
students with ADHD). In addition, I will also incorporate a
variety of charts, maps, and other visual aids so that my
students can mentally categorize the information covered
in class.

3. State Objectives
My fourth grade students will identify and explain
the events that contributed to the rise of the
American Revolution and will describe the roles of
key colonial leaders through the utilization of role
play, songs, journals, videos, virtual tours, research
and technology, charts, maps, presentations, group
projects, and visual aids by the end of the week
with 95% accuracy.
