    • General Facts 2• Borders: Democratic Republic of Congo , Kenya, Rwanda, Sudan and Tanzania.• Lowest point: Lake albert=621 meters• Highest point: margharita peak is on mt.stanley=5100 meters high.• Natural resources: copper, cobalt, hydropower ,limestone, salt and arable land
    • FoodAn unusual food that Uganda people eat ispeanut soup and cassava beans.They also eat more normal foods like bananas,corn, rice and sweat potatoes.
    • Sports and Activities• They enjoy soccer , boxing , basketball, golfing and cricket.• They also like watching Gorillas, Fishing and Bird watching
    • Dorcus Inzikura• Born: 2nd February 1982• From Uganda• Professional athlete• She won two gold medals in 3,000 and 5,000 meter steeplechase.• She won these medals in 1999.
    • Festivals• Heroes Day: Heroes Day is celebrated on the 9th of June to remember all those who sacrificed their lives to keep peace and security in their community.• They also celebrate other festivals such as Christmas, Easter and New Years.
