  3. 3. Family and Friends Spend quality time with your family and friends – 25-50 hours a week.
  4. 4. Exercise <ul><li>Are you a couch potato? </li></ul><ul><li>How often do you exercise every week? </li></ul><ul><li>We should exercise regularly every week and enjoy our PE lessons. </li></ul>
  5. 5. Healthy Eating The food pyramid is a good guide for our health and a balanced diet. Do you eat 5+ a day? (5 servings of fruit and vegetables) and drink plenty of water?
  6. 6. Hygiene <ul><li>It is very important to wash your hands - </li></ul><ul><li>after going to the toilet </li></ul><ul><li>before eating food </li></ul><ul><li>when you come back home. </li></ul><ul><li>It is also very important to have a shower or a bath everyday. </li></ul>
