Everything in life needs to be done in moderation or kept
in balance.
Ex. A healthy plate is when you have the right amount of
proportion for all food groups.
Although fruits & vegetables are good, eating too much of
them & neglecting other food groups won’t provide you
the full nutrition.
Consume the right amount for maximum functionality.
3. Balance Your Life Areas
In life, we have 3 main categories that we should keep in
balance: family, health, and work.
Those are the 3 areas we engage in daily, meaning you
must give those areas enough attention.
Don’t give 1 area too much attention while forgetting the
other areas.
A sign when those areas aren’t balanced is when you
develop stress as a result of lack in attention.
4. Social vs. Personal Life
It’s the same with your social & personal life.
Spend time with others, but also give enough time to
yourself.
Spending alone time doesn’t make you a loner.
When you’re always around people, you don’t have
the chance to reflect on yourself & what’s important
to you since you’re interacting with others.
5. Balance & Peace
Remember that you can’t have or do too much of one
thing.
It doesn’t matter how good something might be, too
much still isn’t good.
Keep things in moderation & your life in balance.
There are many things we need to do to experience
successfully, so make sure to give them the attention they
need.
