  • This is great, folks - lots of good stuff in here.

    That said, I certainly don't want to sound like I'm dissing the work, but 'social software'? Social Business is really tied to aligning the business to the market through social - in my opinion, it's about behavioral change, process change and organizational realignment, not about the venue or the tools.
