1. THE EUROPEAN CITIZENSHIP YOUTH EXCHANGE TARGU JIU

2. The begin n ing... This project was created to make people conscious of the fact that the European Union is not only enlarge the single states borders like a big union all together, but to alert that we are more than 27 countries. A common identity, a long history, different cultures but the same way. In first of august 2010, Targu Jiu in Romania was the stage of a meeting with 6 countries to discuss what is the European Citizenship between countries being part of the Union, and countries not being part of it yet. Five groups from Romania, Italy, Hungary, Portugal, Turkey and Poland were together to share different ideas and different opinions about their countries and the role of each country in the Union, what benefits and what advantages of our European communities are. In the next slides we will show the main part of this project that brings a new fresh view to start the discussion about the Union.
