Consider myself to be an honest and reliable individual; I am highly motivated and enthusiastic

problems that need to be solved. During my 25 year career, I have worked for numerous clients
and my duties have covered installation, fabrication and testing; this has included petrochemical,
gas plant, plant shutdown, construction and steelwork. I have a flexible approach to work, with a

main crytalizer vessel and associated ptfe lined pipework.

I Carried out numerous workscopes as a chargehand which included
rig skidder, tungum pipework and ram replacement. chopping or
unbolting various pipelines and vaves, and punching out completed
work scopes. I also completed a basic swagelok course.

Vessel modifications and replacing 24" Greylok pipework.
Sept2011-Aug2012 Amec through Global-Jasmine Judy platform
Installing various pipework in super duplex and stainless all over the
platform for future hook up. Also carried out plating work on
pipe supports.

Various pipework jobs replacing spools,strainers and valves on mud
pumps and in the M.O.L. Also carried out some plating and welding work.

Repairing and replacing 50-75mm HDPE pipework and Geberit fittings
on offshore accommodation vessell safe scandanavia using fusion
welder and hot air welder and assisting with Formic acid flushing. Also
some site run copper pipework and fittings.
Jan – Feb AMEC through Orion group - Stanlow, Chester
4 week shutdown on aromatics and furnace plant replacing columns and
accociated pipework on site and in fab shop, working with 1” to 36” lines.
Sept - Dec Subsea 7 through divex - Rotterdam
8 Week project, commissioning the deep sea diving vessell atlantic 7.
Work included pressure testing up to 300 bar with chart recorders and
fabricating & replacing faulty gauges, pipework & valves on the
decompression chambers and diving bells.Also carried out procedure
tests on hyperbaric lifeboats and chamber panels.
Aug - sept AMEC through Global Recources - offshore
6 week shutdown on the shearwater gas platform for shell.
Duties included vessel entry with full BA on h2s + mercury lines,
replacing spools and valves.
Feb - june BP Engineering, Plymouth
4. New build gas turbine power station. I installed various shd pipework
mostly heavy walled stainless and also gained some knowledge with on-
site machining.
2007 –2009 Corus, Redcar
Maintaining the B.O.S. and Concast plant pipe work, ensuring the ladle
pipe work remained undamaged. I also carried out some boiler work and
gained tank welding experience.
2001 – 2007 Kevin Lloyd Ltd
Contracted to Corus and involved in repairing any damaged pipe work
and carrying out any modifications. I was also on call for breakouts.
2000 – 2001 Koch Glitsch
I worked on columns at ESSO Fawley and several refineries in Holland,
including Antwerp, as a tray filler/pipe fitter.
1998 – 2000 DPH Construction
Carried out site work in Cardiff, Barrow-in-Furness and London. Worked
mostly with Carbon Steel Work and replacing valves, flow meters and
corroded pipe work.
