app and view Schedule My schedule

Important Notes
• Check the schedule regularly – it changes!
• But each day’s schedule will be fixed at start of day
• If you want an extra session, raise the Blueprint and
get someone to “Accept” it on Launchpad
• If you want it at a specific time, then after it is Accepted, ask Arwen
to move it
• We have provided some equipment for the
engineering rooms
• If you need additional equipment, let Arwen know
• If you are not part of the current Working Groups, you
are very welcome to join their engineering sessions

Presenting at Linaro Connect
• Google Hangouts for meetings. Details at http://connect.linaro.org/remote
• Upload presentations & documents to the Hangout before you present
• Log in to Google Docs
• Look for “Collections Shared with Me” on the left margin
• Store the document in the correct meeting room folder
• Open it from the folder during the meeting, on your laptop or the Hangout laptop in the
room
• During a Session
• Please don’t move the webcam, speakers or microphones
• If you will be talking, move close to the microphones and / or talk loudly enough for people
in the Hangout to hear you
• Use the second screen for Etherpad minutes
• If you know there will be more than 9 people attending your session
remotely
• We have VoIP phones. Let Arwen know and we can set up a bridge
